Who’s ready for a Chili Cook-Off???

We have decided to include a competition chili division to our fall North Florida EGGfest. Entry into the competition does not require cooking on a Big Green Egg, nor does the chili have to be prepared at the event. Sign-up your chili cooking team to be a part of this great event. Maximum of TWO (2) entries allowed per team.

Note: This is an additional and separate registration from the regular Cook Team – if you would like to do both, please also register to be one of our cook teams HERE.

Categories

(1) Traditional – any kind of meat or combination of meats, cooked with red chili peppers, various spices and other ingredients, with the exception of pasta. Beans will be allowed in traditional.

(2) Exotic – anything goes (show us your creativity)

What will you need to bring / What will be provided:
We will provide a table, power (110), sample cups and spoons.  You will need to bring all else needed for the event (i.e. Extension cords, heating source, serving utensils, etc.)
